This document is a public offer of Andrea Yi Deng (also known as Andrea Deng) and contains all the essential conditions for the provision of the Contractor’s services on the Website’s Internet page www.andreadeng.com.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the company’s terms and conditions. ” The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties” or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of United Kingdom. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amen these terms and conditions and it’s linking policy at any time. Removal of links from our website

If you find any link on our website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us at any moment. We will consider requests to remove links, but we are not obligated to do so or to respond to you directly.

As long as the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.

Delivery of Prints

Delivery is calculated at check out, All high quality prints are mailed in flat reinforced card packages. If you have any problems receiving the print then please get in touch and we can track the package online. 

Shipping can take up to 2 weeks to arrive in the UK from when the order is made and up to 3 weeks for international shipping.

Returns and Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, if ordered through the website then your name and date of purchase should be enough information for us to find the proof of purchase.

If your order arrives in poor condition then please get in touch explaining the issue. If there is damage to the product then send us some digital photos along with your order number and date of purchase and state whether you would like a replacement or a refund. We will then email you with the address to send your return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically issued.

Return Shipping of Prints

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are returning an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you return a high quality print and the print never arrives with us, then we cannot offer a refund.

If you are returning an undamaged print because you are unsatisfied with the product we cannot then refund you if the product arrives back with us damaged. In this case you would have to try and claim back the cost of print from the postal service you use. For this reason we strongly advice that you use shipping insurance when returning products.  

Delivery of Original Drawings

Please get in touch if you are interested in any of the original drawings.

Collection of artwork is usually the safest method of exchanging artwork but this is not always an option. 

If the customer chooses to have the artwork delivered by courier they must decide if they want to insure the artwork being aware that many courier services do not compensate artwork with glass. Once the deliver method is decided we will securely package and post the drawing however the customer must take full responsibility for the state in which the picture arrives. If there is damage to the frame or drawing then this can be taken up with the courier service provided the customer has chosen to insure the parcel. 

Deposit for Commissions

Deposit payment is non-refundable for commissions. If the second part of the payment is not paid within one month after the work is done or you received notification from Andrea Deng that the second part of the payment should be done, Andrea Deng has the right not to send the painting to you and leave it to himself.

Workshops

The fee for the master classes is non-refundable, as you get a link to the video and you get lifetime access.
Payment for the workshop is non-refundable after the workshop confirmation as the number of places is limited and after your payment tickets are not sold and your place is reserved for you. Before the confirmation of the workshop the payment is fully refundable.

Drawing Retreats

The deposit payment can be fully refunded before the trip confirmation. Once the trip is confirmed (90 days before the trip starting date) the deposit and the remaining payment will not be refunded.
